Task 1: Creating an e-shop
Activities: implementation of customer self-service solutions on an e-platform and integration with a resource management system.
Fully functional e-self-service website developed.
Finita UAB provides accounting services, business consultancy, document preparation services, documentation services and consultancy for licenses, permits for company activities, and other similar services.
Finita plans to expand and improve its existing services and develop original sales promotion tools/services. The company plans to reorient and digitise processes through customer self-service solutions on e-commerce platforms for services, modify and update service order management solutions.
Finita UAB’s tasks under Action Programme measure No 13.1.1-LVPA-K-860 ‘E-commerce model COVID-19’:
1. Evaluate the services provided by the company and develop attractive and customer-friendly e-commerce platform solutions for the services currently sold, allowing customers to order the services provided by the company, make payments and collect/exploit orders conveniently.
2. Evaluate the new services and service groups planned to be developed by Finita UAB and integrated into e-commerce platforms together with the existing services, creating a single modern sales and order management system.
The duration of the project is 12 months.
